New cyclometer hooked up. Model is pre-owned Cateye Enduro 8 purchased for $10 courtesy of CBN.

Gonna count base mileage as 7600 and then add the reading of the new odometer.

All in all, rig running quite well. Chain elongation measuring .5% over original length. New pedals and proper inflation make things considerably extra efficient.

Once again estimating mileage due to odometer malfunction on August 3rd.

Also performed a bit of maintenance - air to 60psi, oil on chain (finish line wet), dissassemble and lube brake calipers front and rear, adjust rear hub, align rear fork tips and replace pedals.

Original 'Wellgo' brand pedals were corroded so badly that it took a 3 foot lever to remove them. The pedal threads in the steel 'Vuelta' brand crankset were unharmed.
