The odometer is malfunctioning

Hard to say what the mileage is at these days, as the Filzer d2L unit may have finally been reduced to barely functioning.

The entire computer reset itself the other day, and now the readout is very dark grey numbers on a dark grey backbround. In certain kind of light is quite visible, mostly at night or when viewed with polarized sunglasses.

The rig itself is functioning well enough, even with a number of broken spokes in the rear wheels and no rear brakes.

For short hops of less than 10km it is fine. The new Shimano thumbshifter
works perfectly!
